The restaurant occupies a special place in our complex. Decorated traditionally, with 230 seats, it has a luxurious stone fireplace in its centre and can be used as a banquet hall. Our restaurant stands out for the unique flavours it can offer you. Using only fresh ingredients and local products, we prepare dishes based on traditional recipes from region.

The most important thing is that we make good use of the organic fruits and vegetables we grow in the gardens that are located in various places around the hotel complex. We love the earth, care about it and enjoy its goodies on our plate! So, depending on the season, you will taste apples, cabbages, lettuce, cauliflower and broccoli until cherries, peaches, watermelons, melons, tomatoes, cucumbers, aubergines and peppers. And throughout the year delicious potatoes cooked with extra virgin olive oil.
